This is our most asked question, and the answer is: very carefully! Plants are beautiful, but they can also be fragile. That’s why we don’t simply plop your order into a box and ship it out to you. When you order from us, you’ll receive a carefully preserved plant that has been hand-packaged in containers designed specifically for plant life. We also wrap paper around our plants and secure it at the stem, ensuring the leaves are protected and the base stays strong. Your plant is then placed into an appropriately sized box and sent straight to your door!

Our plants come from small tropical growers that prioritize quality above all else.
