Return/Refund Policy​


At Planted Pot, our mission is to provide you with stunning house plants — period. We do ask you to try out our plants around your house for 30 days risk-free! But if you receive your plant and after 30 days don’t feel like it’s the perfect fit for your home, we will refund you, excluding the shipping costs, no questions asked! You’ll get your money back or get another chance to try and find a better match for your style, decor, or needs!

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: If your plant is damaged during the shipping process, please email with a PICTURE and order number to receive a refund, excluding the shipping costs, or replacement. This must be submitted within the week you received your plant, otherwise it will be excluded from our refund policy.

We’re not rule sticklers here, so we’ll give you a 15 day grace period to contact us and request your refund.


All requests for refunds must be made 30-45 days after your purchase of the plant. We won’t accept requests made before the 30 day period or after 45 days of purchase. We ask that you fill out a Refund Request Form to start the process. If you received the wrong product or just want to exchange it, jump to Exchanges/Wrong Items below.


We issue all refunds, excluding shipping costs, to the original credit card you used to make the purchase. You must submit a Refund Request Form first. After the request is processed, it may take up to 7-10 business days to see the refund reflected on your account statement.


We strive to be perfect, but we know that’s not always possible! If you received the wrong items, ordered the wrong product by mistake, or just want to exchange a product, we’ll sort it out. You can contact our customer service team at and they will be able to guide you.


If you received an incomplete order, don’t panic! We’re ready to fix the mistake. Please contact and include your name, order number, and what’s missing from the box. We’ll get the missing products shipped to you as quickly as possible!
